• What are your pricing details?

  At Regal Gowns, we charge a listing fee only and do not take any commission on sales. Our pricing structure is as follows:
  – For gowns priced up to £120, the listing fee is £15.
  – For gowns priced between £120 and £400, a fixed listing fee of £35 applies.
  – For gowns priced at £400 and above, the listing fee is 9% of the sale price.

• Do you have a physical store location?

  No, Regal Gowns operates exclusively as an online platform.

• Where should I store my gown?

  You should keep your gown at home until it sells.

• Can I resell a gown that I purchased from Regal Gowns?

  Yes, absolutely! You can resell any gown that you have purchased from Regal Gowns.

• How do I mark my gown as sold?

  Currently, we do not have an automated system for marking a gown as sold. You can update your listing manually or remove it after the sale.

• What do I do if I have multiple sizes of the same gown?

  We determine the total cost based on the cumulative price of all the gowns. For detailed pricing information, please refer to our pricing page.

• Can I post my gown for sale before the wedding?

  Yes, you can post your gown for sale before the wedding. Please ensure to specify the date it will be available in the description.
